Hello,
This is my first post. I contacted the helpline as my Virgin box (5 years old) has a solid red light instead of the white light it had before. After two phone calls I am left frustrated as the first contact indicated that I would be getting a replacement box, that was three weeks ago.
I called back today as I had not heard anything since. After some ‘checking’ the line I was told that I could BUY a new box and get it for a special price of £61 !
things surely a joke ?
I have seen several posts indicated that a new box would indeed be sent to other customers as this could indicate over heating in these circumstances.
Can someone from Virgin Media please follow up on this urgently as I am now very concerned.
