Can't turn off parental controls

I am having the same issue after moving house. Please could this be looked into at virgins end.

Sorry to hear that you are having this issue, have you been able to check your web safe settings via your My Virgin media account? You can find information on that here.

Thanks for getting back to me and I have tried this and it does not work. It says that web safe is not on and the button is greyed out but it is still blocking websites etc.
