Create a BQM here and post the live link.

Sounds like oversubscription.

Is this what you mean a BQM?

No evidence of over-subscription issues there.. its all the same across 24h - looks very good apart from what looks like a red fringe of dropped packets.

What happens on an ethernet cable connected devive between those hours?  If you dont know test it tonight and report back.  If they are ok then it might just be a case of wifi interference at that time - many reasons why that could occur

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Hello

I connected most of the device via ASUS wifi router

The ASUD router is the only device connected via cable.

When the sitation happen, the ASUS wifi connection is still valid.  It shows connected but can't access to internet.

And I tried connected to the wifi of the Virgin Media hub ( I just sat next to the hub ), the signal is strong.  And it frustrated between connected and connected but can't access to the internet

My wife is a streamer, during peak hour, her streaming was frozen.  She suffered alot in this situation.

And streaming of youtube, Netflix, Disney were affected, too.

It has been more than half a year and finally I decided to ask in the forum

What model of Asus router are you using?

What Hub model do you have and is it in modem only mode?  If so there should be no wifi from the VM Hub - it all comes from the Asus.

Can you try setting it all up again as per Tudor’s message 2 in here….

I will set it according to what you've told me

Before that, I forgot to mention that my Hub will restore to factory default after certain days/weeks

All SSIS and password will be gone

Is this normal?

I set up again according to Tudor's message

Will try that again tomorrow

My wife stop the streaming now and she is really mad now

She will try that again tomorrow

Hello

ASUS AC68U is the router I am using

I set it up again according to the post

My wife start streaming an hour ago
