Hi
i was advised last week that I would be sent some pods to resolve the Black spot in the house. Said I would get a text with courier details, but I’ve not received any message yet. Should I have been sent a reference ?

Sorry to hear that you've not received your WiFi pods yet.
Can you advise how long it was since you last requested the pods? Did you do this online or with one of our agents?

Hi it was about a week ago on the phone. With an Agent. They did all the tests etc and advised I should get a text shortly but as it’s a week and no text thought I’d best check

I am sorry to hear this, it can take up to 14 days for the pod to get delivered once it has been ordered.
If you go to here you should be able to see any orders which have been placed. Cheers

Okay no worries I am sorry about this.
I would look at reordering them and you can do this by;
The best way to get a pod order is download the Virgin Connect app, from here do a scan.
If the scan picks up that you need a pod it will allow you to order some.
However they can be chargeable depending what package you on.
They are free on Volt, 1GB or Oomph bundles.
