2.4ghz not working

Hi

I’ve got the 2.4ghz and 5ghz separate on my Hub 3. Within the last two weeks I’ve lost the 2.4ghz network, happened about four times now. The 5ghz side carries on working completely fine. I reboot the Hub 3 and the 2.4ghz comes back. 

Any ideas what could be wrong?

Have you tried swapping to another 2.4 channel?  You should "wifi scan" your environment and select channel 1,6,11 depending on which is least congested around you

Sorry to hear of the band issues regarding your Hub 3, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

 

Have you been able to follow jbrennad's advice in regards to changing the channel to a less congested one? At present we can see both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz are available on your Hub.
