I was recently offered a trial version of Sky Sports UHD. For whatever reason I saw not increase in picture quality so I cancelled the facility. I was told it would take a month to cancel. Last week I received a message saying SkySports is UHD no longer in my package. Since then I have not been able to use the Sky Sports app for live TV on my phone - when I try to logon I receive the message Unknown Error.

I have reloaded the app.

I contacted Virgin and they are unable to rectify - any suggestions please - thanks

We're sorry to hear you're unable to log on to your Sky Sports App since your Sky Sports UHD channels were removed from your TV package with us, we'd love to best assist with this error.

In regard to the Virgin TV Go App in general, are you able to watch live TV there from a pc/laptop browser or your phone?
Also, have you tried to reset your password for the online account with the VM TV Go and Sky App to see if this helps?
