Cannot change mobile plan due to "soft lock"

Is this due to the transition to O2? If so, how can I find out how long this is going to take? I can find next to no information about this process online! Seriously making me consider switching to another provider.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your mobile plan and the soft lock placed on your account for the migration to O2. Have you been advised by email, when your migration to O2 will take place?
