Welcome email

Hi,

I've received all my kit, set it up, and all is working HOWEVER, I can't sign up for an online account because I have not received all the details for my account. Apparently I should have received a welcome email but I haven't?

I did receive a text message on Thursday saying my email address no longer exists, and then spent an hour on the phone to customer services to tell them there had been no change to my email and they had sent emails to me. This was really difficult as they kept asking me security questions about my account which I hadn't been able to set up yet! In the end, I was assured that they had updated my email! Which hadn't changed...

I need to set up the online account so can anyone help me in getting the welcome email with all the necessary info on it?
