Hello dempapa.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our Community.

We can arrange for VAT invoices to be sent to you.

They are sent out by paper mail just after the start of the month.

So Decembers bill will arrive the first week January and so on.

We can also send previous copies should you need them.

These can go as far back as 48 months.

I'd like to take a look into this for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.

will do thanks.  btw why don't VM issue VAT invoices as standard?  seems a lot of people require them and I'm not aware of any benefit to an organisation not using them.

The main reason why they are not issued as default would be because we are a residential service, and the majority of customers would not require VAT invoices.
