Hi All
It is with sadness and regret that I have left Virgin, subsequently I would like to clarify whether I will be sent an email to facilitate the return of my Hub. I ask this as any info I’ve found on this topic seems ambiguous. I can’t envisage this old Hub being re-used, so I wonder if I’ll even get the email? I would obviously like to avoid receiving a demand for its cost if GM’s return equipment email fails to be sent to me (sorry, not much faith in company admin nowadays). I wonder if you can advise.

It’s not wanted by VM. Just dispose of it as you would for other electrical equipment.
