Refund for account in credit after disconnection.

I was disconnected on the 15th of September 23 with £45.89 credit on my account. Virgin Media site says a refund will be sent by cheque but does anyone know how long it usually takes to receive this?

Direct debit has now been cancelled for the service so hoping this wasn't attempted and failed. Thanks
