Received the credit of £75 when joined VM, but its debited only in first two months. This months bill has come as £26.5, please help.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
The credit would have been applied to your account and your first bill would be for two months of service as you would need to pay 1 month in advance. How much was your bill for?
