I upgraded over the Black Friday deal. I have the confirmation email but nothing since. Online “message” just wants to charge me £10 a month more and won’t match the deal. Personally I still want to know why I haven’t received the deal I legally signed for in the first place. I’m not happy they are doing nothing to try to help.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your account at the moment, we are currently working through all of the orders that we received as part of the black Friday deals, any of the deals can take up to 14 days to be added to your account, was your order submitted on Friday?
