I need to cancel my contract as my new home doesn’t have virgin media coverage, I provided my tenancy contract to a staff and he said will put the credit £203 to my account to to cover the early cancellation fee as it met the guidelines. But I still got charged for £204. Also I returned all the equipments and even received a email said I returned it, but I still got a message one week after ask me to return it. Is there any members can help me solve this issue please?
