Charged despite returning router

I took my old router in the provided packaging to the yodel drop-off point, but I still got a bill charging me £40 for it. I don't think I should have to pay this, but I can't find anywhere to talk to anyone about it.

Sorry to hear you've still been charged - it's possible that the return just hasn't been processed against your account yet. What date did you return the kit to us please?

I dropped it off on Thurs 30/Nov. If it gets processed will the charge be dropped?

The charge would be removed once we've received the equipment back. It can take up to 10 working days for this to be updated. Please let us know if this time frame passes and the charge hasn't been removed.
