So I took up the Black Friday deal for 1Gb becuase it was advertised as a *new* 18 month contract, cheaper than my existing discounted package will rise by when it ends in 5months. Good deal I thought, but they have now actioned the speed upgrade - fine happy with that, but they just upgraded the existing deal so it still runs out in 5 months.
Point is, is it worth trying to query this or just go through the "new contract dance" next year?
