Hello,
I bought the package I have given the details below, but a £100 Amazon voucher was not received.
I have received an email on 08/03/2023 with the following subject " an update on your gift"
Thank you for submitting your details for the following offer: £100 Gift Card.
And a link to process order which I did and took Broadband Package M125 Fibre Broad band
But did not receive gift cart yet. I did ask at the time of installation and been advised that voucher would receive after 120 days.
It is well over 120 days but no news on voucher while I am paying timely my invoices
Can any one help me on it?
