Hi, I've finally connected my phone to my Hub3 using the adaptor that was sent to me (last November I think) and I get nothing through my phone, no dial tone or anything. I have a green telephone icon that appears for a minute when I reboot the hub but it soon disappears and it makes no difference to my phone situation whether it's there or not. Can you please check my hub to see if it's ok?

Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community.
Sorry to hear you're experiencing landline issues, from checking our service I can see that the fibre line should be working.
Can you phonline be plugged in without the need of the adaptor?

Hi Kain,
Thanks for the reply. I've just managed to fix the issue. It would have helped if I'd plugged the phone into the right socket. It turns out that on the back of the hub there's sockets specifically for the phone, with the word "Tel" next to them, lol.
