Trying to order a New Hub / Adapter for Phone Changeover

Have been trying to order a New Hub / Adapter for the Phone Changeover as instructed by e-mail but cannot get through via phone call.  My cut-off date for ordering is next week.  Any other way of ordering except by phoning?
