Hi,  I too have the same issue and need an extension socket to be rewired to the hub.   My alarm connects to an SD1 speech dialer which via this extension, phones preset numbers and plays a recorded message if the alarm activates.  This is just like a phone call.   Thanks to Goslow for highlighting this resolution.  Please can a forum member get in touch to arrange an engineer visit.  Many thanks
