How am i supposed to request the new hub for the phone changeover in May when it is impossible to negotiate the horrendous monster that is Virgin Media so called customer care. I have tried 3 times, been on the phone for what seemed hours and got absolutely nowhere? I am now at the point of disconnecting my home phone and giving up!

Firstly welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.
Sorry to hear that you are having issues getting a new Hub processed with the switchover, what I can do for you is process this for you, in order to do so I will need to take you in into a quick private message.
