Hi
I have no dialling tone on my landline. After being on hold for over forty minutes i eventually spoke to a lady who sounded helpful but was just reading a script, I explained that i was using anon virgin mobile phone and it was costing me as i was unable to dial 150.
She took my mobile number and said she would arrange an engineer and text me with details, several days have gone by and still waiting.
Can someone please advise what is happening as it is so hard to get to talk to a Human Being at Virgin.
