All incoming calls come up withheld number since swithching the phone to the hub any ideas

This has been mentioned many times on here recently.

Switching to a phone connection via the hub seems to have resulted in an American/international ringtone and caller ID not working for many customers. Those with BT phones seem to be reporting a particular problem with 'withheld' numbers not being recognised and bypassing caller ID.

Your issue seems to be another variation of mangled caller ID post-switchover.
