Landline removed from package

VM just gets better...

Our switch date to fibre landline was 4th April but didn't receive the adaptor until 14th April (had to chase this a few times but hey, its here!). During the chasing, it became apparent that we needed a new hub which arrived quickly & before the adaptor.

As expected, the landline stopped working on 4th April and when I connected the new hub with adaptor there was no dial tone. Rebooted several times, still no dial tone.

On checking my VM account, it looks like the landline service has been removed. I haven't asked for it to be removed so I have no idea why this would happen.

Anyone else had a similar experience?
