For the last day or so my landline phone which is not connected to the router ) has stopped working. No ringtone and if you ring the number from a mobile you get the message " can't connect " Checked service status which shows all services ok, but still cannot get a ringtone. Have unplugged the phone to reset it, checked connections but still no luck. Is it possible for VM to check the line?
