Landline fault after installation of hub 5

Since installing hub 5 i can ring out on my landline but can't ring in.Does my land line have to be connected to the hub as well.

Hey ladylyn, thank you for reaching out and I am so sorry to hear this.

It does like your on a digital line so the cable would need to be plugged in the back of the router which sounds like it is or you wouldn't be able to ring out.
