Hi, have a problem with the switch over as my router is upstairs and my incoming phone line is downstairs. I contacted C/S and told them this and they made an appointment for an engineers visit on 04/12/2023. I asked that my landline left connected until this problem had been sorted. Guess what they have cut off my landline today. I am not going to wait 2/3 weeks without a home phone, any suggestions?
