Hi all, can someone please help.
My Virgin Landline no longer receives incoming calls but can make outgoing ones. It was fine yesterday but all we get now is "sorry, it has not been possible to connect your call, please try again later".
We have made no changes so am perplexed.
We are expecting some urgent calls so am getting very anxious we are going to miss them.

Not yet, it has been escalated to the second tier support. I'll post solution (if it gets fixed) when I can.
