Hello,
I currently have an active SAR 100 plan which is set to renew in 10 days. However, my SIM card is not functioning properly; I am unable to make outgoing calls or use data. Despite attempting to contact customer service, I have not received a response. When I tried to reset the internet using the SIM service mode, I received a message stating that the SIM card has been deactivated due to non-recharge, even though I have an existing monthly plan. Strangely, I can still receive incoming calls. I am confused about what may be causing this issue and would appreciate assistance in resolving it.

Sorry to hear about your sim card being deactivated.
Can we just ask if you have migrated over to O2 now and have you contacted O2 about this?
