LANDLINE is DEAD

hello

At approx 9am today my landline appears to have died. I have tried multile phones, wired and wireless, I have tested the socket etc.

Is it possible I have been "switched over" with zero notice?

How do I get someone to fix it?

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your landline, I have looked into this and can confirm that you have not been switched over to the fibre line yet, I have ran some checks on your line and have refreshed the line on our network, please could you try your line one more time for me and if it doesn't work, we would need to send out a technician to resolve your issues.
