Severe packet loss while gaming

Hi all,

Over the last 2 weeks I’ve been experiencing bad packet loss while gaming. Particularly on Warzone. It does show in other games. Virgin Media did confirm there are issues in my area but doesn’t show on check service status. 

I’m in the Edinburgh area, is anybody else experiencing the same issue?

Test for packet loss on your connection with :

https://www.samknows.com/realspeed/ 
Once the test begins click on: Run full test to see the stats for packet loss at the Hub + computer or console.

I ran both tests and apparently I have zero packet loss, but when I'm in games I states packet loss and packet burst.
