Constant packet loss that has been going on for months

Yeah so I've written about this many times and still nothing has been done to solve the problem, absolutely nothing has been said.

Every now and then i'll get packet loss so bad that it is impossible to play any games i've done everything said except get a technician which will defo not fix the issue that I am having, and this is happening to many others but me 

So wth is being done to fix this because by the looks of it nothing is being done even though this topic pops up frequently

Sincere apologies for the issues faced, just regarding this matter however as our diagnostics would advise a technician visit is needed, when was the last appointment?
