virgin.net account hacked

my old virgin.net email has been hacked and I have lost access.  No one is able to help me when I call to delete this  and now no emails are coming through.  I'm stuck, just need someone to delete it off totally.  

Does anyone know how, I have read some threads but nothing that is helping.

Can a moderator please help me, it seems you can get this deleted off.

I have called virginmedia who advised me to go to talk talk.  As emails are not coming through it is so difficult to change any accounts with that email address as they all want to send a code to the email!  

This is making me ill... can someone please get in touch urgently.

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner. 

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
