Too good to be true, thinking email was fixed. Its down again as of 8:10pm tonight. No email, no errors, just sits there trying forever. Can login to webmail, but not via an imap client.

Can you please try this to see if this helps?
Sign in to My Virgin Media (your email account)
Go to Account settings, then Account details
Tap Manage next to Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password under Virgin Media Mail
Then, under Virgin Media Mail app password tap Get password
Continue the flow and a new secure password will be generated, and the mailbox unlocked
Update any third-party apps that may be use to access your Virgin Media Mail emails with this new app password.

No, I can login on my phone via GSM, so its not a password issue. But using my pc, I can only login if I turn my VPN on, if I login from the Virgin network, I get no response.
