Hi

I've recently returned to virgin media after a period with another provider. I previously had a virgin email which is still active and I’d like to transfer it to my new virgin account. Is this possible?

Highly unlikely, VM are not issuing email addresses to new users. In any case it’s far better to get an email system not with any ISP, makes it much easier if you change ISPs.
