Since last weeks email problem.

Emails sent to my Thunderbird account were taking about four hours to receive, some sent last night have not been received. They are in my Virgin email programme, I prefer to use Thunderbird. Are other Thunderbird users having the same problem.

Thank you for your post. I'm very sorry to hear about the email issue you're having. 

We are aware some customers are having delays in getting emails. This is being investigated.

Yes my emails taking ages to come through and then to load! Big problem for me I rely on emails for work
