How do I close an ntlworld email account?

Hi there, I too have an ancient ntlworld email address that I have previously tried (and failed) to have closed.  I am still getting old work colleagues emailing it, expecting me to respond.  It is costing me money.  I have tried to set up an auto response but that has never worked.

I would like all ntlworld email addresses associated with my account closed please.

Sorry to hear about the issue with your ntlworld email address not being closed.
I can look into this for you and help with getting this deleted.
