Good afternoon,
1 Yesterday late afternoon I lost Outlook email connection - server not available. We were busy yesterday evening so I did not investigate in any detail.
2. Logged on at 1000ish today and still could not access email. Rebooted the system and there was no difference.
3. Around 1200 phoned 150 and got through to a guy who tried to help. He asked me to try accessing email via VM but no luck. He spent some minutes trying to resolve the issue but the only result was that I could not access the VM site and there was a message saying 'Site cannot be reached. 127.0.01. refused to connect'.
4. I was promised a text update but nothing has come through as yet.
Since I run a small family business through this email account, I really need email access restored quickly please.
