Cannot sign into emails on my android phone

I have a Samsung galaxy A50 - and I cannot sign in or set up my email account on there? I can sign in on my pc and Ipad line but it says email incorrect can anyone help its driving me nuts? I need to be able to access my emails on my phone.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.

Firstly I'd like to extend our apologies for you being unable to sign into your emails on your phone.

So we can clear off a few steps, try these following ones to see if this can help;

• Sign in to My Virgin Media
• Go to Account settings, then Account details
• Tap Manage next to Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password under Virgin Media Mail
• Then, under Virgin Media Mail app password tap Get password
• Continue the flow and a new secure password will be generated, and the mailbox unlocked
• Update any third-party apps that may be use to access your Virgin Media Mail emails with this new app password.
