Cannot change my VM Account email address as requested for my Virgin Media O2 ID. , i get the message below, i never got the verification number,  i just have the the constant infinity sign , Tried to redo it from scratch still end up with the infinity sign

You've recently requested to change the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media. Please check your emails and verify this change before making further account changes.

 got an email from virgin asking me to re-try , it worked ok, this time
