Hello. Unfortunately I put my Virgin login details into a phishing email and it sent a spam email to all of my contacts. I have changed the password directly on my Virgin account, however I can no longer access my blueyonder email account. It doesn't work on my iPhone, iPad, Mac or directly through webmail. Therefore I can't see how to change my password or recover my email directly.
The Virgin mail on my account takes me through to my deceased husband's email, which I would also like to have deleted if possible.
When I go in to account settings, account details and email the "Virgin Media Mail app password generator" literally doesn't appear on that page whatsoever.
I'm stuck and worried people are accessing stuff I don't want them to.
Are you able to help? Thank you.

Thank you, I can't see that DM at the moment?
To be clear I can't see this on the webpage at all.
