I cannot send emails from mobile devices since around 8 days ago - I can receive emails ok on laptop and iphone using Mail and Outlook so the set up parameters are not at fault.
It seems I am blocked from accessing the Virgin SMPT server although Virgin Customer Service and Technical deny that this is the case but refuse to assist because its 'beyond their responsibility'. However it was all working fine until the well publicised national outage.
Strangely if I turn off Virgin wifi I can send emails no problem
Any advice would be appreciated
