Doubt you'll get too much info on here as this is mainly a forum for VM customers (who are generally not that well-disposed towards VM when they are posting on here!)
I have seen some past references on here to the 'Glassdoor' website for reviews of working at VM. Not something I have used myself but you could see if that offers what you are after.
