Updating My Profile In The Community Forum

My profile is not being updated to show answers received to my post. There should be both notification snd a link to the reply, but thus isn't happening.

The simple way for you to  receive notifications is shown in the screenshot below

To open that page go to

https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/user-preferences 

To see the page with the feeds for your received notifications click on the bell symbol and it will open the following page
