Hi,
I signed up for VM broadband and TV and it was supposed to be installed last week. Nobody even called me to say the engineer wouldn't be arriving. I have called multiple times and spoken to many people and they all promise to call me back the following day and nobody calls back. They said something along the lines of needing to get engineers to stay in Cork overnight and they'll need to get a date. I'm a new customer and this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I've dealt with Eir and Sky! Is it worth waiting? I need my broadband for work. Has anybody else experienced anything similar?

These forums are for Virgin UK. Looking at your post you appear to live in Cork (Eir) which isn't serviced by VM UK, and as such you should contact VM Ireland - https://www.virginmedia.ie/contact/
