360 recordings not playing of Microsoft Surface pro

Can anyone tell me why i can now no longer watch my recordings on my computer. It allows me to access the recording but the only options given  ' watch on tv' or 'edit recordings'. 

I can access via my iphone & watch on that but wanted to view on a bigger screen.

I have spent over an hour on the phone to VM with no resolution.

Any help would be appreciated.

Virgin TV Go is for use with a mobile or tablet, and your Microsoft Surface pro is neither of these.
