Hi I had my phone switched to the new fibre setting on Weds this week. There wasn’t any issues but today I cannot receive calls but am able to make them. Any thoughts. The overseas call centre haven’t been able to resolve the issue. 
With the upcoming fibre phone change, I have an issue where my cordless phone is not near my hub 4.How will this work for me ?
Can someone please help me with why I cannot delete recordings that have been watched from my recorded program list. I getting fed up with one issue or another occurring with the 360 box. 
My 360 and mini box was installed 5 days ago now it will not play some recordings. Also it isn’t deleting programmes.The message onscreen says the box is offline. I have spent 3 hours on the phone to VM but they can’t see what the issue is. Connectiv...
