Re: WiFi issues with Apple products only Sorry also to add when I check to service status on the app it keeps saying there’s “Intermittent signal in your area We’re looking into it. Check back here after 24 hours” and my tv status says “There are issues affecting your TV service” but we don’t seem to be having any issue with the tv just the WiFi signal dropping constantly for the last few months on and off. I’m not understanding what’s causing this as the router was only replaced 2 years ago. Re: WiFi issues with Apple products only thank you but I realised it was WPA2-PSK/WPA-PSK not WPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAE. Is that ok? Ive gone back to WPA2-PSK for the time being but still having problems with the WiFi signal dropping on some devices. Re: WiFi issues with Apple products only Ok thanks again for the help so just to clarify it’s ok to change it from WPA2-PSK (seemed to be causing the drop in WiFi on my iPhone on iPad) to WPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAE (even though I get weak security warning) Re: WiFi issues with Apple products only Ok so is it ok to leave it on WPA2 & WPA3 or is that not good idea? But It definitely fixes the WiFi dropping out on Apple products. Re: WiFi issues with Apple products only Thank you for the help a lot of the these iPhone/ios setting I already had sorted but looking at the security setting in the router it’s set to WPA2-PSK but the signal keeps dropping i just changed it to WPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAE it seemed improved but I now get a warning under my WiFi on my phone telling me it’s weak security is this ok or should I switch it back? How do I change the channels on router? WiFi issues with Apple products only For the last few months I’ve been having WiFi issues with both iPhones and iPads dropping the WiFi constantly while everything else connected to the WiFi works perfectly. I have tried resetting the router and the iPhone/ipad both nothing works. SolvedVirgin tv 360 upgrade error Hi, we have had a message come up on our 2 virgin media boxes offering us a free upgrade to virgin tv 360 but when I argee to the upgrade and new remotes on both of the boxes it bring up a error saying the upgrade couldn’t be completed and to try again later it gives me a barcode link to a virgin media help page which is also blank. i have no idea now if the request for the new remotes or the upgrade has gone through for both boxes. thanks in advance Re: Permanent red light on hub? Does this require a tech visit as we had this issue back in 2018 a last time they ended up replacing the hub as it was over heating? Permanent red light on hub?
