My ASUS router was even switched off when i did it so no wifi interference, it s really from the hub. This morning noticed not any device could access internet . Rebooting the HUB sorted the issue for a couple of hours then issue appeared again. So every couple of of hours the HUB needs rebooting. I tried to log into the HUB (wired) i spotted a strange ip assigned to my device in 169.254.xx.xx, and i could get to the admin page via HTTP. after reboot it went back to 192.168.100 and could log in. The hub keep its green light all the time, like there were no issues. What the hell is going on, why the hub is doing that? Re: Recommended WiFi 6 Mesh system for Hub 3 Choose EEro if you mainly need WIFIif you need physical ethernet ports to connect devices you most probably need to buy an external switch. Eero delivers in performance but if you want advanced manageable features then it is a bit limited. Asus is the best in class i would say from the searches i have done in the past days, i just got the ASUS BT8 and provides high performance and advanced management with 4 ethernet ports at the back of each satellite External mesh router & VM TV box Hi, When building a mesh network with an external router (ASUS Zen) and VM configured as a modem, where should i plug the VM TV box ? still in the VM "router" or in the ASUS ethernet port? SolvedRe: How to install TP-Link Deco M4 home mesh In the setup above should the VM TV box be connected (wired) to the VM Modem or to the meshed network router? How to get Hub5 and wifi pods Hi, I just renewed contract with Gig 1 fiber , however i am facing issues with Wifi in parts of the house (1st floor and rear of the house). First I don't see a way to request a replacement of the Hub 4 for a Hub5 (never understood why i had a Hub4 in first place) and second the VM app is dumb and says i don't have a Hub or can't recognize it so no way to order pods. Calling the 0345 number just get me going circles until it disconnects. Anyone could help me?
