Joined O2, volt not applied to broadband

Hi, I joined O2 as an existing VM customer and had Volt applied 28th Nov. It is still not applied to my braodband speed however. Using Virgin kit and recently got the free upgrade from 100 to 150 too. Can someone take a look? Thanks.Luke
